The AI never invents a number
Every metric on every screen is computed by deterministic queries against your warehouse. The AI's role is language, not arithmetic. If the math didn't find it, VEX doesn't say it.
VexelX exists because the people who run gaming and advertising businesses deserve answers — not another dashboard to babysit.
VexelX was founded by an operator who spent 15+ years inside gaming ad-tech — running monetisation for publishers, negotiating with every ad network on the marquee, and living the Monday-morning ritual every team knows: "revenue is down, find out why."
That ritual always looked the same. Export five CSVs. Reconcile three dashboards that disagree. Slice by network, by country, by format. Find the culprit by Thursday — after the damage has compounded for four days.
The uncomfortable truth: most of that work is mechanical. It's decomposition, comparison and isolation — exactly what machines do perfectly and humans do slowly. What humans are actually needed for is judgment: what to do about it.
So we wrote the operator's playbook down — the benchmarks, the failure patterns, the fixes — as a causal map, and put an analyst on top of it that reads your data every day. 15+ years of operator expertise, encoded. That's VEX.
The future of data analysis isn't a person staring at charts. It's an engine that already knows — paired with a human who decides.
Founding principle · VexelX
The four layers. Numbers are made in 02; words are made in 03. They never swap jobs.
They're not values on a wall. They're constraints in the architecture — which is the only place a rule can't be talked out of.
Every metric on every screen is computed by deterministic queries against your warehouse. The AI's role is language, not arithmetic. If the math didn't find it, VEX doesn't say it.
Every customer is isolated at the database layer. Every AI query passes through one guarded, allow-listed door that cannot cross customer boundaries. Sharing is explicit and audited.
Forecasts ship with confidence bands. Filters that don't apply say so instead of showing wrong numbers. Anything unfinished is labelled unfinished. No fake green lights, ever.
Pilot seats are limited and onboarded personally, one publisher at a time. Thirty minutes with your own export is enough to see whether VEX earns a seat.
